概要

• We report a case of Gaucher's disease with several orthopedic problems. A 4-year-old. girl was admitted to our hospital with fractured right humerus. She had hepatosplenomegaly and pancytopenia, and had been diagnosed as Gaucher's disease in other hospital. We diagnosed pathological fracture which later healed by conservative therapy. Later she complained of left hip joint pain due to avascular necrosis of the femoral head. She was treated with indirect traction and pain soon resolved.
