We report on two patients, aged 9 years and 24 years, with Schönlein-Henoch syndrome. It was thought that allergy may have played a role in the development of the syndrome in the 9-year-old boy, while a previous infection may have caused it in the 24-year-old female. Both patients presented with the typical purpuric skin rash and arthritis in the knees and ankles. Joint symptoms resolved after a few days in the boy, but took over a month to resolve in the female.
