概要

• We surgically treated 43 tibial condyle fractures from 1986 to 1992. The type of fracture was determined according to Hohl's classification into 6 types and results evaluated by Hohl & Luck's score. Comparatively good results of 83.7% for anatomical evalution were achieved. Total depression type and communited type of frachires had a worse outcome than other types. Poor results were mainly caused by pain on walking or muscle weakness.
