概要

• We have designed and tested a new mechanism of carding engine to improve carding action by improving cylinder and flats.<BR>Test results obtained as follows when compared with conventional carding engines ; (1) the cleaning efficiency of the taker-in i about three times better, 2) the counts of peps and foreign matter in card-web decrease b 36%, (3) the speed-up of doffer r. p. m. and an increase in the delivered weight of sliver can be expected, (4) yarn strength, appearance, variability by weights, etc., improve remarkably.
