Referring to the main factors which give the Squalin biochemical activity, the author has already minutely published in this journal last year with my co-workers, but after that work he has found another important factor left unexamined, namely, on the point of the instrument used for distilling the Squalin. According to the experimental studies from all angles about the instrument, one must give some definite limitation for obtaining the Squalin really biochemically activated. The Squalin distilled by reduced pressure under the sufficient and necessary factors as already described in the former and in this work considered carefully indicated its distilled maximum boiling point higher than 258°C at reduced pressure 3 mm Hg. The Squalin prepared under appropriate condi tion and indicating its distilled boiling points as 258°C-264°C (at 3 mm), has almost always a constant and excellent nature in biochemical directions, for example, even though in the case of artificial violent method of infection by a severe virulent strain of bovine type of tubercle bacilli inoculated intravenously, a small quantity (0.5-1.5 cc) of the Squaliii injected by intravein is able to completely inhibit the development of any tuberculous change in every organ of the experimented rabbits, or in vitro also such au excellent Squalin is capable of perfect hindrance against the growth of tubercle bacilli and moreover finally extirpate these completely, or when applied to tuberculous patients as the healing medicament also, such Squalin reveals very good results and at the same time one can show various interesting biological phenomena already, described very distinctly, Next I will briefly report once more some important fundamental points for the judgment of the degrees of activity in the Squalin
