• Cytological studies were made on the cells of human type tubercle bacilli Aoyania B strain and Frankfurt strain. Electron-microscopy and ordinary microscopy were used for the investigation of the cell structure and various solvents were used for the investigation of the chemical constituents. For the iemovul of nucleic acids, ribonuclease, perchloric acid, N-chloric acid, saline of various concentrations, trichloracetio acid were used and for dep-roteinization, pancreatin, 40 % trichloracetic acid and the autolysis with water were used. Cell structures were investigated by removing each of the cellular components such as nucleic acid, protein or lipid one at a time. At the same time color reactions of the components thus obtained were also investigated using various staining methods, Feulgen's reaction, pironin-methyl-green staining, etc.
