In the present report, phosphorus compounds contained in acid soluble fraction in fish muscles and not hydrolysed by n-HCI in 7min. at 100°C was researched chromatographically. This phosphorus compounds fraction was shown with the abbreviation "RP", namely, TP-(IP+7'P+CP), in this series of reports. The results obtained suggests that the phosphorus compounds fraction is mostly consisted of the so-called mononucleotides such as AMP which is comparatively stable among organic phosphorus compounds.
