In the present work, the oils prepared by wet process, dry process and ether extracting process, from blubbers containing the different amounts of blood were studied on their chromaticity and iron content. As shown in Tables 1 and 2, it was clear that the chromaticity of oils is higher and the iron content in them is larger with increasing amounts of blood presented in the raw materials.
