Cells with endoreduplication and fragments significantly increase in blood cultures from women over 60 years.Satellite associations of D- and G-group chromosomes are investigated in blood samples derived from females at ages of 0, 20, 40 and over 60 years. Associations show an increased tendency in cells from females older than 40 years. The involvement of no. 21 chromosome in association is particularly excessive and impressive.
