• Distinct precipitin lines were found in the first fraction of the urine separated with Sephadex G - 50 by agar double diffusion technique and immunoelectrophoresis. These results show that an antigenic substance is being discharged in the urine. The mechanism by which the substance is discharged in urine may be same as that occurring in the urine precipitin reaction in Schistosoma japonicum (Okabe and Tanaka, 1958).
