1. The authors have found that Moriamin-P or Moriamin-P-2 combined with PVP or Sorbitol is very effective in keeping the stabilization of blood pressure during operation and therefore, it can be used as an excellent plasma expander in every respect.2. Moriamin-P or Moriamin-P-2 in combination with whole blood gives no harm at all, and therefore, their combined use with whole blood serves well to save so much blood transfusion in cases of serious hemorrhage or large operative procedures.3. Although the use of Moriamin-P or Moriamin-P-2 even in large quantites would not dilute the blood, their use in combination with whole blood would be preferable in cases of section of anemic patients or poor risks.4. No side effects were observed to arise from the use of Moriamin-P or Moriamin-P-2.
