A case of congenital quadricuspid pulmonary valve complicated by severe mitral stenosis is reported. Basal diastolic murmur in the present case was different from ordinary Graham-Steell murmur in character, Quadricuspid pulmonary valve played a role in the genesis of pulmonary insufficiency as well as mitral stenosis.
