1. SHR demonstrated exaggerated natriuresis with acute saline expansion. 2. RSNA in SHR was more inhibited than in WKY after acute saline expansion. 3. Therefore, RSNA in SHR may also be involved in the expression of exaggerated natriuresis with acute saline expansion.
