小学校学級担任の学級運営等に関連するストレス・コーピングに関する研究

この調査研究は,近年の教師の精神的健康の悪化に対して,教師間の良好な人間関係や支援的な職場環境が学級担任の精神的健康のための最善の資源であることを実証しようとするものである.精神的健康悪化の背景に,児童と保護者の質的変化による学級担任の学級運営上のHasslesを取り上げた.学校生活における児童の問題行動とそれに関連する保護者連携における困難である.本研究は,Lazarusのストレス認知理論に基づき,構造方程式モデリング(SEM)を用いて,担任の職務関連Daily Hassles(児童に関する9項目,保護者に関する4項目)とストレス・コーピング(学校内での相談,学校外での相談)と精神的健康の間の関係を明らかにした.担任の精神的健康の評価には,GHQ-12を利用した50校の公立小学校の担任663名を対象とし,2012年2月に無記名自記式の調査用紙を配布した.分析に使用する項目に欠損値のない491名のデータを用いて検討した.最も頻回に経験されているHasslesは「授業中の私語」と「保護者との話が噛み合わないこと」であった.担任は,学校内の同僚たちに最も頻回に相談している.より多くのHasslesを抱えている担任の精神的健康は悪化しているが,児童に関連するHasslesを多く抱えている担任でより学校内の相談を多く利用している者の精神的健康は改善している.このモデルのCFIは0.977,RMSEAは0.043である.This research will show that good human relations among teachers and a supportive working environment are the most effective resources for homeroom teachers'mental health. According to Lazarus's cognitive theories of stress, the relations among teachers' "Daily Hassles"in performing their duties (9 items for students'affairs and 4 items for parents'affairs), "Stress-Coping"(consultations within their schools or out of their schools) and their mental health were clarified by means of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The GHQ-12 was used to assess each teacher's mental health. 663 teachers from 50 public elementary schools participated in this study. And the unidentified questionnaires were distributed in February 2012. In the end, 491 responses were received. The most frequent hassles reported were "whispering in class"and "being at cross-purposes with parents".The homeroom teachers held consultations most frequently with their colleagues. The teachers who have reported more hassles become worse mentally but those who have student-related hassles and also hold consultations within their own schools become healthier. The CFI of this model is 0.977 and RMSEA is 0.043.
