[原著］年長者 Fallot 四徴症根治手術の1治験例

Recently, a 54-year old woman has undergone total correction of Tetralogy of Fallot in our Department. She has had gradual increse of palpitation and limitation of exercise since the age of 33. In preoperative evaluation, she had polycytemia and hypoxmia, but only slight cyanosis. Cardiac catheterization and cardioangiographic studies demonstrated Teralogy of Fallot. Total correction of Tetralogy of Fallot was done without any diffcultly. The postoperative course and examination data were satisfactory.
