A 60-year-old woman presented to our hospital with lower abdominal discomfort. Abdominal computed tomography showed a bladder tumor and a metastatic liver tumor. Gastric cancer was suspected to be the primary tumor for the hepatic metastasis. Biopsy of the gastric tumor revealed adenocarcinoma, biopsy of bladder tumor squamous cell carcinoma mixed with transitional cell carcinoma. The patient was admitted for gastrectomy and biopsy of the metastatic liver tumor.
