When I discuss educational contents and state, this article is for the purpose of making what kind of research theme you must clarify it through clear through examination of an important theory study and practice study, Educational contents are many value of culture with need to teach in the school education that is public education as a system. Educalional contents are selected as a course of study concretely, but, through the textbook which arranged content of a course of study for system and organization, I will be taught through an educational practice of a teacher for each subject by children and students. However, in the time that there is not a thing having universal character as for the subject and the educational contents is temporary, and will have a meaning for the first time by affecting the personality formation. As for the educational contents which are many value of culture about personality formation, it will be decided at each level of teacher and school and self-governing body and state, but, as for I elaborate a plan, and realizing new structure of the decision, it is it with a problem of emergency while there is the various subject concerned with education.
