We use "JYOUHOUKAN" in a library from 1994 and carry out framing of electronic database of library catalogue.But, long time depends on work because imput items are much. There is the method that "list system (NACSIS-CAT)" which 　National Center for Sciences Information Systems uses is utilized to carry out this input work on the efficiency. NACSIS-CAT is a name of project that a university and a national library rnake book list with SINET network jointly. We establish new "campus information network system in Tsuyama College of Technology" in March, 1996. We go by way of this network and get possible to connect it to NACSIS-CAT. There is a project carrying out list work of library of universities jointly to NACSIS-CAT. It is thought that framing work of library catalogue can promote efficiency of it on leap by utilizing this system. In this paper, we consider a necessary machinery and software to utilize NACSIS-CAT. And, I examine the method that forwards the collection of books data which now is saved by "JYOUHOUKAN" to National Center for Sciences information Systems. Funhermore, I suggest the new system that a student and a teacher can refer to collection of books database freely.
