水泳実習が水泳に対する態度に及ぼす影響

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of swimming training on change of participants' attitude toward swimming, held at Nara university of education 1979. The questioner of attitude toward swimming, which was standardized by Sadasue, administered to the participants twice, just be for and after the training periods. The data were analyzed from the view-points of interest in swimming, swimming skill, academic major. The main results obtained in the present study were as follws; (1) The positive attitude toward swimming correlated with the interest in swimming. (2) Positive attitude scores of the high skill level group were remarkabley high for both males and females. (3) The effect of swimming training on the attitude was detected for all different academic major groups. Specially, physical education major group showed the higest scores on the attitude, elementary school education major group did the middle, and pre-school education major group did the lowest. These above results suggest that the swimming training was greatly effective to change the participants' attitude in a good direction. Therefore, it can be concluded that the swimming training in the present study has very high educational value.
