概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
Various oxide nano-sized powders were successfully prepared by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis using arc plasma under the air atmosphere. Particle size, morphology, crystal phase and crystallinity of as-pepared powders were characterized by SEM and XRD. They had spherical morphology with narrow size distribution.
