The intraperitoneal injection of homogenate, nuclear or cytoplasmic fractions of lymphoid cells into other rats of the same strain causes a conspicuous plasma cell proliferation in host lymphatic tissues. This suggests a possibility that a prosuct of destroyed lymphocytes might promote the plasma-cellular reaction.
