Water condition in cell is important to disseminate PEFC extensively. Especially in high current density region, liquid water accumulated inside GDL strongly affects PEFC cell performance and unsteady properties. Considering of liquid water in PEFC has been studied within advanced research, but they had employed isothermal model. Thermal gradient is generated inside PEFC cell, due to activation overpotential, entropy change, and phase change. Thermal gradient strongly affects water condition, because relative humidity is function of temperature. And so we have developed isothermal model and investigated effects on water condition also power generation property. From a result, decreased 3% to 4% in the cell voltage high current density range when compared to the system was extended to non-isothermal isothermal. This increases the internal temperature of the cell as a high current density region will be transferred to the dry state. By comparing the results with the results of experiment at some conditions was to verify the validity of this analysis.
