This paper describes the online DICOM collation, segmentation and sharing system : DICOLLATOR. Currently, joint research on computer aided diagnosis and therapy among physicians and engineers is limited. Physicians have to send DICOM data to engineers via physical media such as DVDs to obtain segmentation data for illness diagnosis, treatment planning and surgical guidance. DICOLLATOR is an online platform accessible over the internet that allows users to submit DICOM format image sets for segmentation from remote terminals and visualize the results of this data on their terminals via a web browser. DICOLLATOR enables physicians to access segmentation data from any device equipped with an HTML5 enabled web browser.
