An analysis of the "Labour Process" of Marx's 1861-63 Manuscript gives the followings. (1) The necessity of understanding "Labour Process" as the "Transformation of money into capital" in a broad sense. (2) The meaning of the distinction between the "general labour process" and the "labour process under the capital". (3) The meaning of the critique of the capital's Fetishism. (4) The problem of the "Labour Process" is that of the labour process in the "general moment", "general form", or "simple and abstract moment". (5) The necessity of understanding "real labour process" through an intermediation. And I analyzed the material condition, the subject of the work, the instrument of the work, the instrument of the work in a wider sense, the accessory material and the work itself.
