The integrity of surveillance data is one of the essential factors to estimate the safety of air traffic control system. The safety assessment will be required before the modernization of aircraft operation which depends on the surveillance data obtained with new and existing surveillance system. In this paper, the integrity of surveillance data obtained with one of the existing surveillance systems, Air Traffic Control Radar Beacon System, is discussed with its other signals with sharing channels and by multipath echo are discussed.
