Global talent cultivation isan educational mission in the age of globalization. Global talent is a blend of global mindset and globalcompetence that contributes to innovation and success in global operations. Higher education plays adecisive role in humanizing global talent through an innovative curriculum along with course modules andassessment, and co-curricular projects in an open and high-performance culture. The quality of the facultyis critical to the success of the global talent program (GTP) . While cultivating global talent, universitiesincreasingly meet international standards. And cultivating global talent brings value to and increases thereputation for universities.
