With the rapid growth of both information and users, Dynamic Load Balancing is now one of the most important methods to effectively improve the quality of network service. Users of highly popular e-Learning Web sites sometimes experience long delays or errors when accessing information. To overcome these critical problems, distributed e-Learning Web cluster systems composed by multiple server nodes are proposed. We shall show how to construct this cluster system and demonstrate through simulation experiments that capacity problems of e-Learning Web server can be solved by this cluster technology.
