• This paper proposes the design of vehicle mounted variable massage system(VMVMS).LED display panels are already used to display the fixed information of the bus. The proposed system is equipped with the GPS system and wireless communication system, so GPS detects the location of bus and reports its location information to the information center via a wireless communication network. Based on the location, the center offers and returns the useful information such as transportation information, load situation,environment of car in real time, so that the bus displays that information on backside LED panel of the bus.
