The school code for pupils has such characteristics as autonomic legislation in the school as a self-governing body as well as legal norms which are to be distinguished from many norms. This means that every school is a kind of political body containing some political constructions and functions through which pupils' and teachers' wills, either themselves (personally or partially), are built up to the common will of a school as an independent body, and through which all school members are ruled by these common and public wills. As the result of my considerations in this article, we are able to draw the conclusion that from the point of view of the political structures and the fundamental relationships between pupils and teachers, we cannot find a real and democratic legitimacy in order to ask pupils to be ruled by the pupils' school code. Finally, we have to consider that because of not only the lack of this legitimacy, but also because of the increasing gaps between pupils' and teachers' consciousnesses concerning school norms and order, almost all teachers can not but help to depend upon their political dominating powers, those powers authorized by the political structures and functions in their school.
