Presented in this study is a detailed description of the case in which a student developed schizophrenicsymptoms at school. Following the timeline of the student's attitudes, tendencies, and how school staff membersreacted to each incident, it shall provide teachers with clues on how it may be possible to screen early schizophrenicstates. This screening is crucial to dealing with schizophrenia, regarding that prognosis of schizophrenia dependshighly on its early treatment. The description here starts at the year X-4, where X to be the year in which the student developed apparentsymptoms. At the year X-3, an explicit decline in the student's academic performance is observed, which, as areflection, might have been able to regard as a clue to the screening. During the year X, change in the student'sattitudes was also observed. Although it is easily said than done, the importance of detecting "something different," ofa student's behavior is never overstated.
