The following lecturing methods on the subject of " Recycling Techniques" have improved thelearning motivation of a dvanced-level students. The first method was to utilize the latest data fromthe "Annual Report on the Environment, the Sound Material-Cycle Society and the Biodiversity inJapan", as well as audi ovisual teaching materials on t he techniques, actions, and problems ofrecycling. The second method was to teach students the concepts of environm ental friendlyproductions such as the "Life Cycle Assessment" and "I nverse Manufacturing", which also ledstudents to consider the duties of an engineer. Particularly effective is the third method, in whichstudents and engineers exchange opinions after observing the recycling process at a recy clingfactory. In c onclusion, the above l ecturing methods could effectively provide practical engineeringeducation for advanced-level students.
