In this paper, teachers' teaching techniques are analyzed, based on the results of questionnaires which were collected from technical college students. The areas which are covered in the research include the basic teaching techniques such as communication, writing on a blackboard, pronunciation, question and answer activities, and so on. Students' opinions are important sources for improving our perspectives on teaching. Sometimes their opinions are different from ours, but their perspectives on classes will be regarded as indispensable. We should refrain from posing our beliefs on our students one-sidedly. In this paper, such concepts as communication, decision making, and clarity are introduced. Especially appropriate decision making is one of the important techniques which should be acquired by teachers. In the results of questionnaires, teachers' ability of transmitting their knowledge to students was judged as the most valuable, compared with that of controlling students with their power or that of having good knowledge in their professional areas.
