In late years, we have experienced a major social shift. The environmental changes have influenced on KOSEN students to change themselves. In particular, their temperament and their learning behaviors seem to have been changing compared to the old days. Their parents also seem to have aggressive tendency toward schools and teachers. All the KOSEN teachers should recognize those changes and deal with the changes. In this paper, an educational proposal for a good class administration is described. A homeroom teacher should organize his/her class and establish an orderly manner in the classroom in cooperation with the vice-homeroom teacher. The teachers can offer their students preventive guidance and observe individual students in order to foster a learning custom for the students' better carriers. Besides, the teachers should communicate faithfully with the students' parents to dispel the mistrust in teachers and KOSEN.
