Nowadays, rapid osseointegration has become an attractive trend in implant material field. In this study, we used successfully Ti-6Al-7Nb alloy to fabricate Ca-P layer on nanotubes by cyclic pre-calcification method. The modified surface proves its good corrosion behavior in SBF solution as well as induces cell proliferation at initial culturing stage. According to our investigations, cyclic pre-calcification treatment can be proposed a good osteointegrability in vivo study.
