Open Tag is a tag based network slicing method for wide area coordinated in-network packet processing and traffic classification with performance isolation. In this work-in-progress paper, we investigate threats against Open Tag confidentiality, integrity and availability. Then, we propose mitigation methods regarding the thread model. We design Open Tag Anomaly Detection System (OADS) to detect anomalous activities in the network. In the future, we plan to illustrate performance evaluation results on a real world scenario using 10Gbps traffic to show the feasibility and effectivity of the method.
