Two new compounds, (E)-3-[(E)-3-hydroxy-3-methyl-1-butenyl]-4-(2,3-dihydrocinnamoyl-oxy)cinnamic acid (14) and (rel 5S, 8R, 9S, 10R)-19-hydroxy-l5-methoxy-clerod-1,3,13-trien-18-oic acid-16,15-olide (15) were isolated along with known compounds (1-13) from the aerial part of Baccharis dracunculifolia DC. The structures of these compounds were determined based on the consequences of the NMR and MS measurement.
