概要

• In the area of reading research, various efforts have been made to explore the nature of reading process. As a result, there is an agreement among the researchers that there exist top-down and bottom-up processings, and that each processing works in an interactive and complementary manner. However, discussing the reading behavior only at the inner processing level is not satisfactory. In this article, for the purpose of making a more comprehensible model of reading, various insights will be introduced.
