• This paper analyzes whether the elderly provide owner-occupied house for their children in return for long-term care from their children.In the result, I found in the region where a lot of owner-occupied house exists, the proportion of household living with the elderly and their children increase and demand for home-visit care services decrease. But I need additional verification on this hypothesis.In addition, I suggest that increase in the proportion of household living with the elderly and their children influence home-visit care market in Densely Inhabited District to a greater degree than other areas.
