概要

The study rearranges the concept of CSR and examines the goal of management and its methods from the viewpoint of companies managing CSR activities concretely. Therefore, the study follows Kobayashi's assertion and defines the fulfillment of corporate social responsibilities as Universal CSR activities with three features to deal with social corporate philosophy, not to make profits, and to conduct business well. As they don't aim to make profits, Universal CSR activities aim to continue as long as societies require them to continue or as long as they are expected to move to social obligation activities. Therefore, Universal CSR activities are considered to be conducted with active management systems of three kinds; the process of validity to select individual activities, the process of objectivity to eliminate corporate self-righteousness and the process of effectiveness to contribute to the guarantee of corporate sustainability.
