The European Union faced a long time to formulate the Societas Europaea (SE), which could perform administrative actions at the European Union level without any restrictions. The SE system harmonized the management system among European Union member states. Furthermore, the SE system integrated various management systems carefully among European Union members. Meanwhile, European Union member states adopted the SE management system. This signified a new role of the SE management system and a new step to the integration of European management system. Thus, this paper introduced the new role of the SE management system and the new step to the integration of European management system. This paper also discusses other areas that seek economic integration, except for the European Union, which integrates corporate governance smoothly.
