McNeil (2003) proposes a constructivist case for teaching CALL material as an opportunity to expand worldviews. We must test the assertions of the paper in order to see if constructivist CALL linked with multicultural knowledge and theory are in fact the goal of education. This paper tries to relate these principles with relevant theory related to motivation. This paper will examine how such a program could be implemented (and justified) in the delivered context, managed to provide an adequate structure and support for such a system, how facilitation of such systems could be accomplished, and finally, how such a program, in the world of online delivered education, could be assessed to measure its intended results.
