Dr. Shigetaka Mohri, who advocated the profit-principle in capitalism, understood the search for a new corporate ethics to be the ultimate challenge of business administration. This paper investigated, both internally and externally, the corporate structures of existence, from the viewpoint of corporate social responsibility. As a result of the investigation, the author discovered a 'three dimensional structure of corporate ethics' which possesses the identical structure of corporate functions, as well as confirming the establishment of a 'triplex structure of corporate ethics'. The investigation also discovered, from the process of indexing Dr. Mohri's profit-principle, the formation of 'corporate ethics as a corporate behavior system' covering the whole swathe of capitalism. The profit-principle and corporate ethics intrinsically nurture each other. This indicates that there is a way to establish corporate ethics in capitalism within the straightforward corporate life itself, rather than being imposed through transcendental and normative ethics.
