We demonstrated the existence of the gap and distorted structure between "corporate ethics" and "individual ethics" in the Japanese society. In order to establish proper business ethics in Japanese corporation, it is important to harmonize and to correct the distorted structure between "corporate ethics" and "individual ethics". The method proposed in this paper to establish business ethics within Japanese corporation is a new approach which is efficiently utilizing stakeholder management while simultaneously increasing the intensity of an ethical viewpoint of "individual". This method coincides with the characteristics of Japanese corporations, possesses efficiency as a device to establish ethics strongly, and functions as a driver to establish business ethics within the workplace in early stage transition of the corporation. Moreover, the method will work "trust" and "integrity" among individuals, organization and society turning into "business ethics spiral," which will establish corporate ethics firmly, and will make the corporation which last forever.
