In resent years, the discussions about ethical behavior of organization are increasing in business administration. But, what does it mean organizational ethics? And, how is it systematized about organizational ethics for social philosophy? Then, I interpret organizational ethics from a Christian philosopher Thomas Aquinas's Summa Theologiae, because business administration as social science is made in Western Europe including European spirituality. In Summa Theologiae, organization is not only a union based on human nature, but also a moral unit; organization is an ordered corporation by mutual aid (mutua obsequia), which intends to create a good society (societas). This Thomas's view of organization is based on Thomas's view of God-Person relation. Thomas explains God as Good itself. And Person is created as the image of God (imago Dei). So, person is ordered as an existence intending to be Good.
