P2P file-sharing has become very popular in wire-line networks. However, in mobile networks, there are some limitations in term of access bandwidth, mobility of users and processing capacity of user terminals. In this paper, we propose a GIA protocol based architecture for P2P file-sharing in 3G mobile cellular networks. Super peers support mobile peers in rerouting query load owing to biased random walks of GIA searching protocol. Based on that, load of mobile peer is reduced and system capacity is improved. The network performance is evaluated by simulation in two cases: with and without deploying super peers.
