A seaquake generation tank was constructed, in order to verify the validity of the numerical calculation method of seaquake. The seismic wave field and pressure distribution in the tank have been measured, in order to make clear the characteristic of compression waves in the tank and compare with the calculated results. However, the calculated results didn't agree well with the measured results due to the difference of the boundary condition on the tank walls between the calculation and experiment. In this paper, the numerical calculation method of seaquake will be improved. The partial transmission of the compression waves on the wall due to the difference of the impedance between water and wall is considered. The calculated results will be compared with measured results.
