• This is the fifth paper in a series on a new socio-economic system. After the two supplementary chapters given in the last two papers, this paper covers the system concerning land and international relationships. The system of public ownership of land and the transitional process, which maker use of the "second unit," is sketched in the first chapter(Chapter 9), while the second chapter(Chapter 10) delineates the systems related to the "second unit," imports and exports, natural resources, and various environmental factors as well as nuclear power. In this chapter, however, it is realistically assumed that the new socio-economic system is no likely to be adopted quickly by the countries of the world.
