• This is the third paper in a series on a new socio-economic system. On the basis of the system proposed in the first and second papers, a temporary program for the return to sound finances and prosperity is given as an application of the system in the present difficult condition of the Japanese economy. This paper forms a supplement to chapters 1-7. Topics concerning land, etc., will be taken up in future papers beginning with chapter 8.
