A theoretical model of motive strengths based upon the psychological game theory was presented in order to predict the final states of choice processes in the game situations where two players having a respective distribution of social motive components select mutually either of two alternatives. This model was originated from a theoretical basis of psychological test named "IF-THEN method" which was constructed by the author in order to detect real subjects' social motives in a form of distribution of nine motive components for each subject. It was shown that, according to the model, it is always possible to predict the final states of players' selections and the expected gains in the situation as long as it is limited to a two-person non-zero sum matrix games with a 2×2 type even if two players have any compound distributions of social motive components. It was concluded that this model would be useful in order to investigate the differences of functions involved in various types of social motives.
