Important qualities for a secretary are accuracy, diligence, foresight, flexibility, positive attitude, faithfulness and modesty. However, perhaps the most important quality is "carefulness that protects secrecy." Secretaries, as the name implies, often deal with secrets in their work. The Private Secretary Certification Test consistently has questions dealing with how a secretary should handle such confidential matters.In an advanced highly networked society, secretaries need to consider the necessity of the protection of privacy as secretaries and members of a company. How can students become more aware of this issue? This is especially true for junior college students who are working sooner than university students. Since they also begin internships earlier as well as job-hunting, this awareness needs to start quite early.Private secretaries have a high-level obligation to keep confidentiality in the line of their duties. This report will look at a variety of ways to make students more aware of this. Students are in situations where they need to deal with confidential matters and need to comply with the legal expectations in order not to cause trouble. This study examines aspects of the Private Secretary Certification Test and looks for ways to help students with this matter.
